Required jobs in Ooredoo company and their details:
1. Content Acquisition & Marketing (6-month Contract)
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in content acquisition, content strategy, and digital marketing, preferably in the OTT or entertainment industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and understanding of content performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to identify content trends. Experience in developing and implementing OTT technology strategies and establishing and maintaining strategic relationships.
- Experience in implementing different monetization models for OTT platforms such as AVOD, SVOD, TVOD, FAST etc.
- Preferably certified in Agile Methodology, and DevOps.
2. APIs Business Analyst
Experience
- 7 to 9 years of experience in API Business analysis, APIs Products, and Technical APIs Capabilities.

- Proven record of leading a team
- Knowledge of digital products and consumer behaviors

- Knowledge of TM Forum & Camara API Products / Standardization Practices
- Knowledge of AGILE way of work & Design thinking tools will be a plus
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and SCRUM.
3. Senior Manager, FMC and Broadband
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- Master’s degree is a plus
- English mandatory, another language spoken in one of Ooredoo OpCos is a plus
- Strong understanding of HBB/FTTH product development and product management
- Advanced understanding of different HBB technologies
- Experience in developing FMC propositions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
4. AI Business Specialist (Technology)
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a business/technical analysis or similar role within a technology-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their potential business applications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of managing AI or data-driven projects that have delivered measurable business value.
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex data to inform business decisions.
5. ML Ops Engineer (Technology)
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or a similar role with a focus on machine learning or data science operations.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing MLOps frameworks at scale, preferably in multi-location or multi-country environments.
- Strong understanding of machine learning model lifecycle management, including deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Cloud AI) and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
