1. Project Fabrication Management Engineer
Job Description:
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating specific technical and management topics, i.e. project internal and external interface management, contractual document issue and review, project activity planning, data analysis and report preparation, subcontractor and supplier management, preparing Project Record Books, managing spare parts, collecting
- certifications, supplier payments, SAP data entry, with specific responsibilities especially during the close-out phase.
- During The Feasibility Phase
- Develop techno-economic models of industrial complexes including Linear Programming (LP) techniques
- Prepare appropriate economic evaluation reports to evaluate technologies to be applied in specific projects or to evaluate the relevant competitive advantage
- During the Bidding Phase, as requested by the Project Manager:
- Analyse tender and contractual documents in order to review scope of work and schedule and to identify project requirements and constraints
- Support in the preparation of the Project Execution Plan and the project Organisation Charts
- Prepare bid cost estimate of project management, construction and services, including staff, manpower, construction equipment/consumables and subcontracts
- Assist the commercial team in the selection of the reference sub-contract quotation to be included in the bid cost estimate
- During the Project Execution Phase, as requested by the Project Manager:
- Assist the Project Manager during project activity planning, e.g. in the preparation of the Execution Plans and other project procedures and Plans, in the definition of the resource allocation and of the assets and materials utilization, in the preparation of sub-contracting plans, in the assessment of the man-hours required in order to prepare/update the mobilization plan, in preparing reports relevant to resources mobilization
- Under instructions of project manager, coordinate specific topics, related to but not only, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, project Record Book Spare Parts, etc.
2. Field Engineer
Job Description:
- Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected;
- Ensure the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements;
- Coordinate with Project Team the set-up of time schedule;
- Give all information regarding the progress of the work indicating the cause of deviations between the program and the work carried out and propose solutions and/or request instructions to overcome these problems. Control production
- parameters in terms of efficiency and productivity;
- Support the Construction Superintendent during data workflow set-up and its continuous monitoring;
- Support the resolution of technical problems encountered during the execution of the works;
- Support the Construction Superintendent and Superviors during the verification of quantities accounts of the works, including updating man-hours and cost estimates for scope of work changes;
- Ensure the supervision and monitoring of the works performed, subcontracted or in direct hiring. Coordinate human and
- technical resources, indicating any needs or surplus. Plan and monitor vendors or any specialists activities at site
- Coordinate with Procurement Team the correct set-up of materials procurement flow;
- Ensure the preparation of RFQ during Bid and Executive Projects, including their TBE for final evaluation of Subcontracts
3. Telecommunication Engineer
Job Description:
- Perform Project technical tasks assigned by the Instrumentation Discipline Lead consisting in design, checking, validation, testing and engineering Telecommunication Systems
- Interface and coordinate with the other Project Team Specialists and Designers
- Coordinate technical activities performed either by insourcing either by outsourcing
4. Hook-Up and Commissioning Manager
Job Description:
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in offshore oil & gas projects, with extensive exposure to hook-up, commissioning, and offshore construction.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale offshore hook-up campaigns for topsides, pipelines, and subsea developments.
- Experience working in both Greenfield and Brownfield environments, handling tie-backs, platform modifications, and topsides installations.
- Strong background in project execution strategies, fabrication, offshore installation, and commissioning.
- Hands-on experience with HSSE management, risk assessments, offshore safety leadership, and PTW systems.
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, including construction, marine, QA/QC, commissioning, and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, and offshore execution planning.
- Experience in managing offshore projects in harsh marine environments, such as the Middle East.
5. Project Engineer Brownfield – Structural/Mechanical
Job Description:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and controlling the execution of the project in accordance with Client
- requirements and objectives, within time and cost constrain and in observance of HSE and Quality procedures and practices
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating specific technical and management topics (i.e. project internal and external
- interface management, contractual document issue and review, project activities planning, data analysis and reporting
- preparation, subcontractor and supplier management, Project Record Books preparation, Spare Parts management,
- certifications collection, supplier payments, etc.)
