1. Financial Controller
Imagine beginning your day alongside a diverse team of finance professionals, working together to guarantee financial accuracy and integrity. As a Financial Controller, your daily tasks will include analyzing financial statements, participating in strategy meetings, and applying your expertise to influence crucial business decisions. As a Repair Expert, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the highest standards of repair for engineered-to-order turbomachinery. Your day will involve providing guidance, training, and coaching to Repair Engineers, conducting audits, and collaborating on development projects to enhance repair operations. You will drive continuous improvement and foster a high-quality and safety culture within the Global Repair Network.

- Establish guidelines and Repair Standards to facilitate the highest level of inspection and repairs, and conduct Service Center audits globally to qualify and certify SE facilities.
- Collaborate with Repair Engineers, provide guidance for the utilization of appropriate specifications and procedures, and support the resolution of customer technical issues within acceptable schedule requirements.
- Participate in development projects with the Repair Technology group to enhance repair operations, innovate the repair landscape, and optimize engineering processes to support shop execution.
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes within the area of responsibility, establish a high-quality and safety culture during scope execution, and drive harmony between product line and repair engineering teams.

- Demonstrated expertise in repairing turbomachinery equipment and creating/maintaining Engineering Standards.
- High proficiency in manufacturing methods and previous Product Design experience.
- Expertise in disassembly and reassembly, with a Field Service background being advantageous.

3. Senior Commercial Project Manager – Finance
Our Compression Service Organization is looking for a highly driven, self-motivated Sr. Commercial Project Manager to join our team of CPMs for the Middle East Region. In this role, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects and project financials (controlling, reporting, and forecasting) of large and complex projects as well as responsible for mentoring other CPMs to enable their development. You will be a project entrepreneur responsible for commercial aspects, project financials (controlling & reporting) & clean books and records. Co-leading the project together with project manager with the objective of completing the project according to the defined Project Management (PM) standards, customer requirements and the applicable Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG). Partnership and teamwork between the CPM and the PM is the key for the overall project success.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Work in collaboration with the project managers and co-lead large and complex commercially according to PM SE guidelines and contractual agreements.
- Responsible for all commercial aspects and project financials including monthly revenue recognition, financial planning, risk and opportunity management, lessons learned, and optimizing profit margins & cash flow.
- Responsible for all finance-related project topics, including but not limited to liasoning with key stakeholders like Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Foreign Exchange, and New collaboration model related topics.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS15, local GAAP requirements, reporting guidelines and internal controls.

- Responsible as Qatar service center finance manager and act as a trusted partner to the service center manager. Responsible for all finance related topics of the repair center including ensuring adequate loading and absorption of the service center, cost charging based on co-operation agreements with other businesses in Siemens Energy and represent CP in front of all stakeholders in Siemens Energy using the service center.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Special assignments and interaction with internal partners and external auditors as required.
- Guide and mentor other CPM team members and enable their development to a more expert level in Commercial Project Management aspects
- Ability for travel when necessary/planned up to 25%; must qualify for travel within region of employment.
What You Bring

Join our Compression Regional Service Sales within Siemens Energy TI Compression as a Client Manager.
Within the region, we support more than 100 customers from the Oil & Gas, chemical and industrial sectors for their service requirements on compressors. You will be involved in some of the most exciting and challenging service and modernization projects within these industries.
This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenge deadlines. It will require strong people management and commercial skills, ensuring flawless execution of all tasks.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Proactively and systematically prospect the compression service market aiming to generate new leads and opportunities. Represent Siemens Energy in pre-contract dealings with customers including negotiations.
- Perform forecasting, reporting and win-loss analysis and delivering on agreed annual sales targets for the Compression service business for the designated country / customer base.
- Identify, create and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline in Salesforce to support overall business sales target. Meet the quarterly and years Order Entry targets for the region and sub region.

What You Bring

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering required with a minimum 10 years of experience in Energy industry and at least 5 years in sales/business development role.
- Turbomachinery experience/knowledge is mandatory, strong technical understanding of industrial compressors is preferred.
- Proficient in communication, both written and spoken, be able to discuss technical and commercial aspects. Business English speaking and writing skills are necessary.

5. Repair Engineering Head
The Head of MEAP Repair Engineering is a dedicated, technical customer-facing leader, who is focused on developing unique repair solutions of engineered-to-order turbomachinery. You will primarily focus on development of our service center repair business activities including the development of a strategic plan, management of regional repair engineers, development of tools and programs, related technical support, organizational development, related process governance and support of regional marketing and sales activities.
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide leadership and guidance for the regional service center engineering teams to ensure the customer fleet is successfully repaired and running in a timely manner. This will be accomplished by managing the department budget and successfully driving the absorption and utilization targets, maintaining project assignments and capacity planning regionally; supporting investigations, reducing non-conformance costs, assisting with market and sales quotation scope and accuracy, and resolving technical issues and discrepancies associated with customer and Siemens Energy discrepancies in fleet repair methodologies.

- Establish strategic and operational objectives for the repair engineering department. Develop annual operating budgets for the department, aligned and coordinated with approved plans and targets annually.

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology, business administration, or a related field, ideally combined with an MBA or equivalent management experience. 10+ years of relevant experience in service businesses (field service, repair operations, customer technical support) or equivalent.
